This is Nanami.
This is my first restaurant in Tokyo!
The first one is a yakitori restaurant called "Yakitori and Wine Minamoto" in Roppongi.

It is located in a corner of Roppongi, marked by a stylish sign.
Today, I decided on the standard course of 5500 yen.

It's a very satisfying meal!
The most delicious dish was this fermented small bowl.
These are all made with fermented ingredients!
We had koji, kimchi, miso, tofu paste, etc. with a variety of vegetables❣.
Next, a dish.
Today, we had chicken skin salad and sweet potato paste on foie gras.
This middles were especially excellent!
The crunchy texture, the strong flavor of foie gras, and the slightly sweet potato paste ... ✨!
The wine went well with it.

WICKHAMS ROAD (2019)
This is a dry Chardonnay with a grapefruit-like bitterness.
It went well with the charcoal aroma of the grilled chicken (*^▽^*).

Now, here's the yakitori I've been waiting for.
They're all excellent! The last one, chicken wings, has shrimp inside!
And lastly, the kumquat spring roll!
It was served with a refreshing white sesame sauce!
To finish off the meal, we had tori zosui (chicken rice porridge) made with plenty of chicken broth.
This time the restaurant had originality in each dish and a wide selection of wines available.
You can enjoy a meal that is more than worth the price 💛
